Real Living Homes & Land was started by Todd Bailey and John Niedecken. After gaining valuable experience in many facets of the real estate industry, independently Todd and John decided to join together and form their own Real Estate and Property Management Company. After having a good first year and evaluating what needed to be done to make the next year GREAT, the decision to start Real Living Homes and Land was made and the rest is history. When evaluating what tools we needed to best serve our clients and to empower our agents be the best prepared, Real Living was the only choice.
